I absolutely love the staff at this facility. Sandra and Jason are very courteous, friendly and professional:) They are always very attentive to the needs of the clients and are very down to earth people. SO blessed to have such wonderful and caring staff at our appts. I am truly grateful for them!
My mom, Darlene Howard, 91 yrs, has received excellent care and assistance with her severe hearing loss for the past several years at the Hearing Aid store in La Mesa, CA. Sandra, the office manager, is always so kind and helpful, and Jason is the BEST! My mom is moving to Provo, Utah and will greatly miss their service. They have provided vendor information in Orem, Utah, nearby. It's always sad to leave a business that we have had several years of positive interaction with. Thank You, Leslie Harker
My husband and I have been very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness from a number of people in this office. We have gradually learned a lot about our hearing aids and Jason has been patient in explaining or making suggestions. We have been going to our free checkups for a couple of years and always seem to find just one more idea to help our hearing. They were very helpful at first, but because my case was a Labor and Industries related case , they wouldn't accept the lower price offered by the state. Postponing my hearing aids for two months! They said they were authorized dealers, which they were not ! NONSENSE1 I shall never recommend them!
