The staff was very friendly but when we did the hearing test the booth was NOT sound proof. You could hear traffic noise. Also they never got back to us about coverage on our insurance. Would not recommend them if you need hearing aids.

Very pleasant office and Melissa is a very nice person. Very professional and great person to talk to. I will recommend The Hearing aid center in Winchester tn to all my friends in need of their services. Not to mention the receptionist who was very nice. All around wonderful place for your hearing needs.
