I travelled 1hr 30mins to see Neel as he came recommended to me, and honestly I do not regret my decision. I brought my partner to see Neel a couple of years ago when her hearing was adversely affected by wax build up. He sorted it very quickly and painlessly. This time it was my turn. Had a slight hearing problem at work, got home, used an earbud - it came out almost black! Panic. Tracey and Neel got me in for a same day appointment. Diagnosed a fungal infection in my left ear, advised on treatment and wrote to my GP. They are so professional, well worth travelling to. Very reasonable fee too. Legends.
Mr Neel Raithatha is, indeed a genius. I don't use that word lightly. Mr Raithatha not only helps countless numbers of people to hear again, but he also designs his own equipment. . The Hear clinic were absolutely fantastic, I managed to get an appointment on the same day, and even though I had quite a blocked ear, the whole process took less than 20 mins. Dr Neel is incredibly professional and clearly very skilled as I wasn't in any discomfort during the treatment, and instantly felt relief from a blocked ear and was able to hear clearly straight away! Excellent customer service from the whole team. Thank you. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone suffering.
