Scott and Nick are great trainers!! Great location and great environment!! Scotts movement class is especially exceptional!
I love The Healthy Gym. Nik and Scott have been such a huge help in my fitness journey. Nik with the weight training classes, and Scott with his weird and wonderful movement classes. Nik and Scott are the right blend of serious and quirky! Just don’t get Scott to time your sets, the longest minute ever! In all seriousness though these guys are awesome! Highly recommend

Incredibly knowledgable trainers in strength training, movement, flexibilty and nutrition. This gym is for anyone, no matter what your fitness level, or age. I've been attending several years now, well into my retirement, and feel great! The personal touch makes all the difference whether its in class or one on one.
