Customer service is terrible.
Got prescribed HRT by my OB GYN after an emergency hysterectomy and she called the scrip into Heathy Choice. Clearly my hormones aren't on point so I was upset trying to find out the dosage. The girl on the phone got upset with me, hung up on me and sent the scrip to the wrong address on purpose. Never sent another scrip to my correct address even though it's been a week. At this point, I'll call another compounding pharmacy to fill it; one that won't allow their employees to be petty with the meds of a patient.
They are so helpful, convenient and easy to work with. They remind me all the time when I'm running low, and are quick to clarify any information regarding my prescriptions, address, changes, etc. It's like a personal health assistant. I need a HCCP in every aspect of my life, please.
First class, very knowledgeable staff pharmacists.
