We arrived and our grandmother had no pants on. The bed pads were soaked completely through. She had pills under her, in the bed that she was supposed to take in the morning and food under her, as well. She was still in her pajama top at 5 pm and so far this has happened 4 times that we have caught. When we asked the nurse why she did not have pants on, she said they got wet. It is a nice,clean place.. The staff is courteous,and very helpful in every way. The food is good and nourishing as it should be. I give it 5 stars. I enjoyed the private room.

Horrible service with nurses, med aides, and aid all were rude, and very slow answering call button sometimes an hour before they answer. So I told my daughter to come get me. The therapists were very knowledgeable and courteous but only 2 sessions Monday through Friday. Long days stay with out help. Obviously nurses don’t want to be there.

If I could give negative reviews or less than one star I would. My Aunt was just there and the treatment of her was absurd. She had a problem with her picc line and they A, didn’t realize until the morning and B, they didn’t have the skills to then clear the line, so she was sent back to the hospital to the infusion room. That tells me that the facility doesn’t have the capacity to actually care for people that need frequent monitoring; which unfortunately will be most people and patients that need a post-acute rehab facilit... read more
