My grandmother has been here twice and each time the lack of communication has been ridiculous. Staff barely did anything with her at physical therapy. Started practicing her walking two days before discharge. This last discharge, we had zero nurses come in and check or speak with us. We waited 40 minutes just to find out we could have went and left and that is because we had to ask someone. We were not told anything about her medication, which they transferred to a different pharmacy and failed to inform us. Truly a waste o... read more
My brother has been here almost a year. Every problem we had was addressed and taken care of quickly. The staff takes very good care of him. I like that they give him lunch and dinner options if he would rather have a hamburger or fish. He can request it for the following day. Even the same day sometimes. The nursing staff always answers my questions and are knowledgeable in thier answers. I am so glad he is at the Health Care Resort.
Staff was amazing and welcoming. They take patients out to eat! The rooms are all nice and include a bathroom and a bed with A/C and heater. Also comes with tv. Recommend this place to anyone who knows someone who is in need of medical help.
Do NOT send your loved one here. My mom went here for PT on a Friday afternoon around 4 and passed the next day before noon. They never went to check on her and 3 hours after arriving we waited over 20 minutes after pushing the button for assistance we had to go find someone. They called the doctor for a new onset of issues, who said she could wait until the morning and she would come see her. She never did. They should have acted at that time. The staff is amazing, they’re very knowledgeable and courteous. Can’t say enough about all of the therapists. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their therapy’s. The accommodations are very suited for what you’re in there for. The food is great too. A very good shout out to Nora, Stacy, Michelle, Aubrey, Madison, Brooke, and Kimberly. If I left anyone out, you’re all amazing. Definitely the place to go for rehab.
