Do NOT send your loved one here. My mom went here for PT on a Friday afternoon around 4 and passed the next day before noon. They never went to check on her and 3 hours after arriving we waited over 20 minutes after pushing the button for assistance we had to go find someone. They called the doctor for a new onset of issues, who said she could wait until the morning and she would come see her. She never did. They should have acted at that time. The staff is amazing, they’re very knowledgeable and courteous. Can’t say enough about all of the therapists. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their therapy’s. The accommodations are very suited for what you’re in there for. The food is great too. A very good shout out to Nora, Stacy, Michelle, Aubrey, Madison, Brooke, and Kimberly. If I left anyone out, you’re all amazing. Definitely the place to go for rehab.

My husband and I went to visit his grandfather who is there on hospice. He was in his room in a wheelchair and said he wanted to get into his recliner so he could take a nap so we pushed the call light and it took almost 10 mins for someone to come and when she finally did she was trying to lift him from the back of his sweatpants when he was wearing a gait belt, then kept just saying 'stand up' over and over when he clearly can't stand or walk on his own anymore and was struggling. I have had two family members who have had the best care in rehab, skilled nursing and assisted living. I can not say enough about how well people are cared for here! My Grandma had the best care I have seen in any assisted living. I work in healthcare, and AL'S. She lived at several before we found the right place. Her care has been exceptional even through end of life. Thank you for providing the absolute best care for my family!

I had very bad experience and finally spoke with the CEO after getting no resolution to several issues. There's a lot of disorganization, lack of communication among staff, there is a very real and scary problem with gossip and untruths, there seems to be little to no oversight to assure continuity of care, I was there for weeks to receive PT. My room was never cleaned including the bathroom. An O'Cedar broom was used to sweep along with a dust pan and my trash was taken daily. I had to ask to have my bedding changed and had... read more
