Kimberly; the concierge was amazing! Great telephone etiquette and customer service. She is a breathe of fresh air; when you come through the front door.
Trust the Medicare ratings on this place. The nursing staff and helpers are good, but the rehab staff is hit and miss, some competent others, make you wonder. And definitely do NOT rely on the social workers, they do the bare minimum, if even that much.
