Nice place and my grandma really enjoys it. Staff is always friendly.
This is a really unique place. I've stayed at another one which wasn't even close to yhe quality and caring of the staff here. Lori, and Reva do a great job in passing out meds, doing blood pressure checks and sharing a smile with you. Smiley is one of my night CNA's and she's really great at taking care of me but not interrupting my sleep unless absolutely necessary!
Checking in to assisted living facility was made so easy with the facial recognition and touchless responses!
It was my first time to visit a friend‘s father at the healthcare resort of Plano and the receptionist was so funny and helped us through the check-in! It made coming to your facility so fun!!
