This is indeed the worst facility ever, my sister was a patient there for approximately 10weeks. My sister is visually impaired, non weight bearing so this means she could not stand on her feet per her physicians. However her ankle was broken in 3 places. On June 18,2025 my sister had a Doctors appointment at Providence Wound Care Clinic in which they noticed something was wrong with her ankle. If it was possible to add negative stars I would. The room my mom was given was dirty, the staff was very inattentive and lacked any since of urgency. Should've read the reviews before choosing this place. I would not recommend sending anyone you love or care for to this facility. They are just going through the motions waiting for the shift to be over.

This place sucks they were supposed to give my mom meds every 2 hours they couldn't do that every does was late Don't Come here if you love your family
