The Health Nest is a great clinic in Vernon! I have seen Christy (acupuncture) and Sharina (physiotherapy). I can't recommend them enough. They are both so thorough in their initial visit and assessments and are so easy to talk to. Christy has a background in massage and it makes her acupuncture treatments very unique and so beneficial!! And Sharina is hands down the best physiotherapist I have ever been too! I highly recommend both of them!
Sharina (physio) and Emily (massage) really know their professions. My family has had great experiences with both.
Love the health nest, highly recommend everyone there! Carrie is the most amazing, kind, and talented midwife! I can’t say enough good things about Carrie! went to Mel for my massage during & after pregnancy, she’s amazing and incredible! And of course I couldn’t have done pregnancy without Kristy, wow her treatment of the acupuncture, cupping & massage is addicting, I can’t go without it anymore! Sharina really helped me so much postpartum I couldn’t thank her enough, every woman should go see her after giving birth!
