I feel so lucky to have found the Health Navigators community when I wishing, but not knowing I would find such a positive, supportive wellness-focused group to connect with on my health journey. Karla and Liz are authentic in their caring and action oriented suggestions. Always listening and responding whether it's your own challenges, or what to offer up next for group events or activities. Its a safe, fun group walking in similar shoes -- thriving, learning and laughing through all of life's messy situations!
