We were quoted an amount from The Health Lodge for three appointments which we prepaid. After the three appointments we were hit with another bill which we were never told about or agreed to. I called them to discuss this matter and the person over the phone seemed to agree with me that this was misleading and unethical. They told me they would call us back about this but never did.
Oliver went above and beyond to make our stay special. It was booked for my partners birthday. Felt very welcomed by everyone there. The room was amazing! And perfect for us! Love that the bathouse is included! And all the little extras like the amazing tea. And hydrolyte drink. Can’t wait to come back! 11/10! 🫶love that the price is so affordable too!
We had a really relaxing stay at The Health Lodge in Byron Bay. One of the best parts was having access to the bathhouse — such an amazing addition and the perfect way to unwind. The whole atmosphere felt calm, peaceful, and rejuvenating from the moment we arrived. The location was also great: close enough to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. My partner and I had an amazing stay at the health lodge! The rooms are super clean, the staff is very friendly and the best thing is that you get complimentary sessions in the medicinal bathhouse which makes your stay very relaxing and special. There are some very nice cafes around and it’s not too far from Byron Bay town center.
