I had a very odd experience with The Health Law Firm and George Indest. I called asking for help disputing a PRN requirement I received as a registered clinical social work intern applicant. I specifically sought out George Indest after reading a Naples Daily News article in which he argued that historical mental health and substance abuse disclosures should not be used as barriers to licensure and that applicants should only be asked whether they currently have a condition that impairs their ability to practice.
