I had a 4:30pm appointment one simple test. She was running 11 minutes late, and I was in and out between 4:41pm and 4:44pm. I was sitting in the waiting room with my baby, and when she walked in, she looked around without acknowledging me. Then called my name. The whole interaction felt awkward from the start. My appointment with Doctor Cheng was very positive. He was extremely empathetic regarding my needs. Explained what steps needed to be taken regarding these. A very good, caring doctor.
