What an experience. Warm, friendly professional. Great receptionists, Dr Kevin was brilliant. He LISTENED TO ME! How amazing is that. 6 stars.
Fantastic experience from walking in and speaking with the receptionist to my appointment with my doctor. I felt heard and my issues were addressed very thoroughly. Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor, couldn’t recommend more.
I am not from Australia, just here on a working holiday visa and running low on my medicine that I need to take daily. I didn’t have a medical card, but got a bill to give my private travel insurance. Dr Knight was super competent, fast and friendly. It was perfect! I called and got an appointment 2 hours later and had to wait only around 10min. I was done in 5min. If I am in this area again and need anything I will definitely come back!
Have been coming to the Health Hub in Glenelg for 10 years and even though I don't always see the same doctor, I always had great experiences. Today I saw Dr Bronwyn Knight and she was super friendly and made me feel right at ease. Appointments are easy to book and available at short notice as well.
I have been coming here for 4 years now once out of hospital after major issues with my back and leg. I would recommend this place to anyone due to the care and help I am still receiving.
