I’m sharing this as a mum to other families, because what my family has just been through has been deeply distressing, and I can’t stay quiet knowing another family in a vulnerable position could go through the same thing. We are an NDIS family already juggling so much — burnout, therapies, appointments, behaviours, sleepless nights, all of it. We don’t have room for extra stress. Really grateful for the help and support we have recieved, we come across town to see them. Highly recommend.
Whilst I am very happy with the psychologist my child sees here, the admin side needs some serious improvement. I've regularly encountered phones that just don't get answered, the inability to leave messages, non processing of Medicare refunds, lack of staff initiative and email correspondence that doesn't get proof read. Various things over the years have made me wonder if there are difficulties with the owner or parent company.
