Rick has quite literally levelled up my life. Got all my supplements sorted for health optimisation. Helped with back pain. Advised on exercise, recovery and diet regimes. He sets the example himself which I think is what sets him apart, he really goes above and beyond as well. He is like my own personal health optimisation doctor and has positively influenced many areas of my life.

I came in to see Ric because my neck, jaw and shoulders were so stiff. I never ever get jaw pain and I have a great pain tolerance. So, I don't really go to professionals, as I'm never in pain. I can't speak highly enough of my experiences with Dr Rick. He has such a holistic approach to healing and treating pain. I went to him with chronic back pain, after years of getting nowhere with chiropractors. I have had such good results from his treatments, especially dry needling. I used to rely on painkillers alot, now I very rarely have to take them.
