The cupping and massage therapy itself was good; the therapists were professional and delivered normal treatments. However, the administrative side needs urgent attention. The lack of clarity around billing and insurance coverage is a major client retention issue. I came to Manish Patel with really bad shoulder and neck pain. I could barely lift my left arm that left me almost in tears. He knew exactly what to do and gave me instant relief in the first session. After a few visits, my shoulder was back to normal. Can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend, if you are looking for a Chiropractor.
