I started seeing Sophia for prenatal massage, and then postnatal massages as well. Her Ayurvedic treatments and massage techniques are fantastic, not only did I feel revived and relaxed, but supple too. Her postnatal treatments and care was truly a godsend. She went above and beyond and her help is unforgettable. For anyone who is after much needed tlc after birth, Sophia is your woman. Thanks again for everything!
