Just want to share my disgust at waiting 2 weeks for an appointment for a 75 year old in agony with her leg pain. When challenged on the wait time for this, the receptionist put the phone down on me. If anything, at least the practice is consistent. We now have elderly people in the village refraining from making appointments (which may be what the surgery want anyway) due to the lack of urgency.
Very helpful staff and receptionists all lovely. best doctors surgerys around proud to be a patient here. Good job well done
