The Health and Performance Centre at the University of Guelph is staffed by caring, qualified experts in their respective fields. I cannot rate them highly enough. Whether it's chiropractic, physiotherapy or therapeutic massage care you need, they have the best of the best practitioners available. I cant recommend them highly enough.
I have been attending the Pilates classes with Jeanette Johnson at the HPC and have found them to be extremely beneficial. The small class size creates a supportive environment where everyone receives individual attention and guidance, ensuring the exercises are done safely and effectively. Booked an appointment late December for rehabilitation following an injury. My appointment was cancelled 3 times, one of which was on the day of. When I tried to rebook they were not able to get me in until over a month later. I asked if they could do a video call in the mean time so that I might be able to speak with someone briefly regarding rehabilitation during a critical point in early healing which they declined. They told me they would send a reminder for the appointment, as it was so far in advance, but they did not.... read more
