I have a regular massage place back in my old neighborhood in Arlington that I used to frequent every 2-3 weeks, especially throughout my pregnancies. The best chiropractor and massage in Alexandria. I feel like the combination could almost replace a medical doctor. Love this place!
I had a good experience with the massage itself, but their management is a mess. Had to keep calling just to sort out the payment – what a pain. And get this, they actually charged me extra! After bugging them for days, they promised a refund, but surprise, surprise, I never saw that $10 again. Honestly, I'm done with their nonsense. Not going back, no way.
This review is not based on the services but the management. When I went to first appointment ever, the therapist Erica never showed up and I was turned away. The owner apologized and said she thought she had called me to reschedule my appointment but that definitely did not happen. I gave them another chance and got a massage from Tamyka the following week - she was really amazing.
