Had my 1st appointment and carley is so through in assessment of my health and medications and I left feeling absolutely a different person. Having been in ill health for over 40 years my pain was less and my sleep has been so much better. Looking forward to my next appointment.
I started seeing Carley 2 years ago for refelxology after suffering with bad headaches. She identified the headaches were related to stress and worked with me on techniques to control. Two years on I have very few headaches, have made dietary changes and lifestyle changes which have improved my overall health and wellbeing. Highly recommend!
Carley does a great massage for me, helping to reduce my sciatic pain and muscle stiffness. I go once a month now. She also acts as an unofficial life coach as we have some great conversations. She is warm and very likeable person.
