Wonderful recovery program that has the potential to produce long-lasting sobriety on a large scale due to their unique program.
My girlfriend and me were homeless and stayed here over night. We witness a lot with the program as well. We didn't agree with couples or males and females being separated. We also didn't agree with the people who had jobs wasn't guaranteed beds. We also didn't agree with no being able to have food or drinks were we slept. I also don't agree with not being able to leave our things there.
The Healing Place truly saved my life 3 years ago. When I walked through their doors, I had lost hope and couldn’t imagine a different future. The staff believed in me before I believed in myself, and they gave me the tools, support, and accountability I needed to build a life in recovery. Today, I have a life that I never thought was possible, and I will always be grateful for the role THPNC played in that journey. Recovery is possible, and I am living proof because of this incredible program.
