I went in feeling very nervous and pretty ambivalent after a string of bad experiences with other psychologists, but Karolina made me feel comfortable right away. The space felt warm and human and having Pixie the cat in the office made the session feel less clinical and genuinely helped lower my anxiety. I left feeling calmer, heard, and hopeful. If you’ve had bad luck with other psychologists in the past, I’d absolutely recommend seeing this one.

Very unprofessional service. Principle psychologist caused significant psychological harm with no accountability. Not a service for complex needs or when you are down on your luck. Selling a dream that cannot deliver.
