I've seen a lot of psychologists over the years, and I can honestly say my NDIS psychologist is in a league of her own. From the very first session, I felt completely comfortable — something I've never experienced so quickly with any other psych. She goes above and beyond to make her practice accessible and welcoming. I went in feeling very nervous and pretty ambivalent after a string of bad experiences with other psychologists, but Karolina made me feel comfortable right away. The space felt warm and human and having Pixie the cat in the office made the session feel less clinical and genuinely helped lower my anxiety. I left feeling calmer, heard, and hopeful. If you’ve had bad luck with other psychologists in the past, I’d absolutely recommend seeing this one.
