I took advantage of the Epsom Salt float at The Healing Lounge, followed by the Vibroacoustic Massage. What an amazing 2 hours of relaxation! Just what I needed!! Highly recommend!
If you haven’t tried the sauna and floating, you’re missing out! It was my first time in a sauna, and I was worried it would be super uncomfortable—but it was actually the opposite. I felt incredibly relaxed afterward, and the cold shower after really enhanced that feeling. I then tried floating, and my goodness, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. Did the couples 45min float. What a great experience. The owner is awesome and a Vet and very knowledgeable. They also offer massage and a infrared sauna. Very clean and professional
