Completely unethical, unprofessional place. Not a real "institute." They don't give a shit about the residents. The programming is a joke. They just steal from other rehabs and do a much worse job at it. Could not recommend AGAINST this place more. The positive reviews are just written by the owners and the friends of the employees. For real- DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else to get help. This place will not help you.
Carl, addict. Hands down the most caring and understanding treatment center I've attended and I've been to a few institutions prior to this. I didn't complete my 6 weeks but the clinical team was very compassionate and understanding when I received an eviction notice from my landlord during my stay due to a little bit of prior emotional reasoning and needed to leave early to re-establish a new home base. A good friend of mine went here looking for help with mental health issues and PTSD. They treated him horribly in every sense. The program was pretty much non existent and only designed for a hardcore addict, and they have refused to take any responsibility for his negative experience. They even called the police on him after they knowingly triggered his PTSD. For a place that suggests it is designed for healing and caring for those suffering I would say it is the opposite. The staff is incredibly compassionate and skilled, making sure everyone feels safe and understood.
