THI was a required reset in my life that I knew I needed but did so reluctantly. My primary focus for receiving treatment was for grief, depression, trauma and anxiety. I was a client at 'THI' and completed their 50-day program in January 2026. As my 3rd inpatient treatment, it helped me find my way back to recovery with compassion, kindness, a new awareness of how much trauma fuels my addiction, and so many more skills I can use to show myself the kind of love needed to maintain long-term sobriety. Didn’t really enjoy my time to be honest. Unorganized and way too much down time. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I also got food poisoning twice. The food is tasty though. Just beware. My mental health was worse there than at home and I feel the exact same since I left.
