Brittany is very knowledgeable with the human anatomy and will explain how she is affecting which muscle to help with the pain. I had severe shoulder problems and with her massage and gua-sha i saw much improvement. She makes the whole experience very comfortable with calming music and essential oils.
I had a gift massage and Lisa was my massage therapist. She did a detailed massage centered on my very painful areas and it was Awesome! Did not feel like I had been "beat up" when done and pain was greatly lessened. Went back next day for a salt room session. I have COPD and was excited to try this. Oh my goodness within 20 minutes my sinuses were beginning to clear and within the 45 minutes I was able to take deeper breaths! I will definately be going back! Dr. Ashley is amazing and energy just radiates from her and it's infectious. I would highly recommend that you check out their salt room.
As an aupuncture physician myself, I can be pretty selective when it comes to choosing my own health care providers. Ashley is a winner, hands down. I drive over an hour to see her, because I know I will get the best care possible each and every time. No matter the issue.
