I will start by saying we have been here many times before but this time... Went in got bar seats the bartender was good greeted us and got our drinks quickly. Ordered our food and was just sitting there drinking our beer watching the cook (not chef) as we were sitting there. We watched him cut open raw lamb with his knife then 30 seconds later cut cooked food ( tooth picks and egg rolls) with the same bloody lamb knife. Great tasty tapas options and portions with reasonable prices. we had the bison stuffed peppers, lamb chops, bone in pork chops, brussel sprouts in asian glaze sauce, roasted cauliflower in truffle oil and vanilla creme brulee. Friendly service as well.
