I see Dr Louise Rigney at this clinic and she is amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my experience with the reception team. On several occasions, I’ve been told they would follow up with me, but unless I contact them again myself, I don’t hear back. This has happened when following up on reports as well as prescriptions, so unfortunately my experience with reception has consistently been disappointing. Dr Rigney herself is wonderful, and I just wish the level of service from reception matched the level of care... read more
