Absolutely love this venue! I am handicapped and the staff and security were constantly attentive to my needs if ever I needed them! Place is very clean and a great location. Definitely have this as a concert go to!
Horrible! My idea of adult date night ruined. We used a car service as suggested, but I missed the part that VIP really equates to first come first serve. However, I was first as a sucker because I paid 100 each for our tickets only to have to stand in a dark, dank corner. I was not dressed for this and my feet are hurting and the main attraction hasn't made it to the stage yet. Im an idiot.
Nice venue, staff was nice and helpful. However, I guess this may be typical for other venue places to water down their drinks or maybe just this place? Not worth the price you’re buying for fyi. I’ve already learned my lesson twice so ik not to waste my money on a watered down drinks here again, even my friend who is lightweight could barely taste the alcohol. But nice staff and venue!
Went here for a concert so there was quite a line to get in, even though doors had been open for a while. Guy checking IDs didn’t even have a flashlight so I’m not sure why he even bothered. Guy with the metal detector wand acted like it was a light saber - hilarious but likely not super effective. Everyone was very nice nice. Two sets of large bathrooms. Plenty of room to move around.
