We had such a great time. The kayak was clean and a quick process to get on the water!
I’ve done their full moon paddle every June for 3 years and it’s just magical! Frog, toad, cricket, katydid choruses, multiple herons, and an easy go of it on the lake. They are a gift to the community! Ben has a wealth of knowledge about the river, the area, and the wildlife. I always feel safe and happy.
Had a blast! Beautiful flat water in the "lake" portion of the Haw river and many birds and turtles.
A fun & relaxing river to paddle. The staff was informative and helpful before and after we self-guided tandem kayaked!
Ben was great! Our few hours tubing on the river was amazing!
