My mom has never been happier best thing I ever did for her. She gets good care and is in activities that keep her going. The staff is great
The mental health care (Alzheimer's) ward needs more frequent, thorough, and detailed cleaning. Last weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) we visited our relative. Every day, as soon as we passed through the security door, the smell of urine was overwhelming. Furthermore, the pile of soiled, urine-scented laundry in my relative's room is unacceptable, not to mention that it creates an unhygienic, unsanitary, and unpleasant environment for the resident (patient), the staff, and visitors.
