We are new homeowners as of this week! My wife and already lived in Wilmington prior, but wanted more garage and something more "our own" and after searching many areas with our amazing Realtor Deanna Boney with Tidal Realty Partners, we settled on a "move-in ready" home by Pulte in the Haven at Riverlights. My husband and I were looking for a house and we were skeptical at first as a first time home buyer, but we made a great decision by walking into the Pulte home model office in Wilmington, North Carolina . We closed on our house 11/6/25 and have not moved in yet. Looking forward to getting settled in January. The entire process was flawless. Both James Wilson and Jake Stump were very helpful bringing the build to completion. Jake was very responsive with emails and was always available to answer all of my questions. Fantastic process and people all the way from sales to project manager to closing. Started process late January with choosing a lot and closed July 16th. Actually a little earlier than was supposed to. Thanks to all involved.
