We recently moved my mom to Haven Memory Care and couldn't be more happy with the care she has received. The staff is amazing and does a great job with all the residents!
I can't say enough about the Haven! Taylor, Shane, & Robin have gone above and beyond to make us all feel welcome! They came along side us and made an extremely difficult situation so much better. We know mom is safe, secure and happier than we have seen in a long time. The staff really cares about the residents and considers them family. You can tell they work well together and love what they do! That is very hard to find! I recently moved my step-mother into Haven Memory Care center in AL. She has no family members in AL so it made it difficult to put her in such an unfamiliar place. This team has been awesome!!! They keep us updated on how she is doing and what she needs. They have welcomed her and they are taking great care of her. Since we are not local is reassuring to have her in such a SAFE warm place. We are so thrilled to have my parents living at the Haven. We have every confidence that my parents are receiving top-of-the-line care by friendly and loving people who genuinely care about our whole family. It is a huge relief to have my parents living in such a wonderful and supportive environment. We can't thank the Haven enough for welcoming us into their family.
