The haven in stone oak by Discovery Village has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. The entire team is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend this community.
The staff is wonderful, my family and my grandfather really felt at home during his time here. We appreciate the care and love that was shown not only to him but everyone.
I’ve seen patients at this location for over a year now. They have the most attentive staff of any of my facilities. The residents here are very happy and seem to be engaged regularly. One thing I’d like to highlight is the beautiful outdoor spaces that are clearly utilized and loved. They even have “Cafe y Chisme,” under the gazebo daily. I’d highly recommend Grand Brook
Norwin Hussain, the Director of Celebrations, is outstanding! Her activities are creative, well-planned, and truly engaging for the residents. She has a special way of connecting with everyone and creating moments of joy, laughter, and purpose. The residents genuinely look forward to her programs, and the positive impact she has on the community is obvious. Norwin brings so much heart and energy to everything she does!
