Wow, if I could give this place a -1,000 stars I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and negligent. If anyone you know gets sent there, see if you can get them out immediately!
A big thank you to the team this morning for making my family member and I feel comfortable and for making their discharge process easy. Everyone was very compassionate as we got ready to take her home. My only other suggestion is inventory and take pictures of your clothes and belongings. They had to rewash everything and everything was freshly washed. On discharge her carry on bag was almost completely empty with only two pieces of clothing in it and everything I gave her was missing. I brought that up to them and they sai... read more
I like the techs and nurses that help me to recover. And teach me better coping skills and keep going in life, and the cleaning crew did great cleaning. And also Gloria in the heritage unit is funny. And Carly remember Gus . Batman raccoon. I had foxy Roxy with me at the time. I do recommend this place. It helped me and this hospital is very nice, caring respectful staff. Great drinks and great showers in the morning.
My husband and I are impressed with the quality of care provided to our loved one who suffered a TBI. It is staffed with a very capable, caring team led by Dr. Marion Georgiev, MD. He is an excellent physician with a caring disposition and his nursing staff, coordinated by Jillian Wetzel is also great! Shantaya, our social worker is absolutely superior, going above and beyond by managing treatment, coordinating visits, advocating for all of us among other responsibilities. horrible place, nothing therapeutic about it. no therapy or activities, just sit around miserable. food sucks. everything sucks. as others have said, the client advocate doesn't answer the phone. staff were mostly very kind (not Delvania) but that means almost nothing when they're so limited. I was held against my will for 2½ weeks solely because they couldn't find a PHP in my area to release me to.
