This beautiful residential community has such rich Winter Haven history. Built in 1924 as Winter Havens finest hotel, in later years this great building was converted into condominium style dwellings.
Very spacious.
Great place to live. They just updated the pool and deck. Looks fantastic.
They are in the process of renovating the pool. Lived there for approximately 6 months and loved it. Great location, you can walk downtown and enjoy the charming community.
