The service at The Haus (Sherman Oaks) is always outstanding! Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Been coming here since 2021. Setting up (and modifying) appointments are easy. Estimates of work are clear and documented, and I always appreciate thorough responses to any questions. I’ve had inquiries and adhoc visits outside of service appointments and they always accommodated. Keep up the great work and service!
My Mini had not been serviced in FOREVER. I was thinking I had a $4000 job ahead of me. Josh was very concerned with balancing the job with the cost. They had me out the door in a day with a smooth-running car for under 2K. I am a very satisfied customer. - Matt Sklar

We have used The Haus service for all of our cars. Most recently, Josh serviced our son’s Mini and we were again impressed by the knowledge, the transparency and courteous service. Highly recommended!
I’ve been going to The Haus for a couple of years now and am very pleased with the service. The customer service is quick and responsive and the technicians really know what they’re doing. In terms of BMW servicing, they are an affordable and thorough. My only complaint is somewhat universal for independent shops; they charge 3 to 4% when you use a credit card.
