I have a Mini Cooper from Carmax and found them through Repairpal.com... they were very knowledgeable, nice and kept me updated. Also provided me with a rental car which I didn't have to pay for. Definitely use them!
I highly recommend The Haus for anyone needing service on their BMW or Mini Cooper. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, and the location is very convenient. What truly impressed me was the friendly and communicative approach of the staff. They kept me informed without me having to chase them, and the quick turnaround on the service was a lifesaver. Plus, getting greeted by Nala was an unexpected and delightful bonus! This is definitely my go-to shop now. Thank you again.
