Terrible place. Do not leave your pet here. We took out dog on Tuesday morning to be fixed. We were to pick him up at 2 the following day. We got there the place was closed not even . An attendant in the property too protect the animals. There was not answer, the email address was not a good email. We were panicked. We found the door to the kennel unlocked and our dog. This place has never called to explain or apologize

Don't ever take your pets here to board or for anything!!!! I boarded my pets here for three days while me and my girlfriend went on vacation(two cats and my two yo lab). We came back the following Monday to pick them up and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude even in my uniform( army). I noticed my dog was limping when I took her out to the parking lot and noticed one of her nails was completely ripped off!!! Not trimmed at the quick of the nail but completely ripped off! I should've read the reviews! I'll give 1 star only because the woman behind the counter was so nice (and because I can't give less than 1 star). I took my 5 year old pup to get her annual vaccines and flea meds. First, they wouldn't let me go back there. Second, I could hear my dog SCREAMING. Lastly, they never actually told me what she was given. I was there over an hour, and the vet spoke to me for MAYBE 7 minutes. My husky has had seizures in the past, so I mentioned them.
