I made an order back in Sept 2020 for my daughter’s volleyball attire and a sweatshirt for myself. Oct we were told the order was ready. At pick up my daughter was told my sweatshirt was not ready yet and could pick up later. I have reached out to the store MANY times via phone call, messenger and email. It is now January 2021 and I have still not received my purchased item. Very disappointed in the lack of communication as I enjoy a lot of their merchandise.
RecommendedSaturday I found some great items for fall and supporting Owatonna! The service was above and beyond, she even helped me find a new hat to try that I love!

I ordered shirts for a charity fund raiser walk. It was going to take longer as I was getting a picture on the back. She said the shirts needed to be 100% polyester. They had 3 weeks to get the shirts. On the day I was to pick them up, the Friday before the Saturday event, I got a call saying UPS did not deliver the shirts, that they would be in on Tuesday. I am very Dissapointed in the customer service by this place. I am Not located in Owatonna but placed an order and picked up while we were back in town at thanksgiving. When we returned home I discovered that I had the wrong items and sizes of the items.
