Don’t charge consults from appointments time if the doctor is 15 mins late don’t charge people for long appointments. Don’t invade privacy and then ignore. Stupid surveys don’t get read, so you show up and doctor booked can’t help you.
You seem to think it’s ok to move appointments back 20 minutes without notifying patients. You obviously don’t value your patients time…. The appointment was made at the time I selected for a reason, because you moved it, my daughter had to walk in the dark from work up to the GP. It’s not good enough.
