My family of 4 had a truly great experience at the Hartness House! As we were planning our stay, the staff (Nina) was communicative and accommodating…they answered my questions and helped us pick the perfect sized room for our family. the room was so clean and comfortable, we all slept great (much needed after a full day skiing/snowboarding at Okemo, 25 min away). Nina is the back bone of this property and saved it from ruin. Enjoyed our overnight here and the history of the property. Very clean room with all the basic amenities. Would recommend.
We had a seamless experience. It’s true there is no microwave or fridge, but we didn’t need one. It was quiet, comfortable, and cozy.
