Called to file a claim for family leave. I had to call 4 times to get any information. 3 out of the 4 reps were extremely rude and gave me conflicting information. I just wanted clarification about the different types of leave. They told me that they couldn't give me any information unless I was eligible however I was unable to know if I was eligible without the information in the first place. This is the worst insurance co I have ever dealt with. No customer service, when you do get someone they are rude and unprofessional. Beware do not use this company. Thankfully i didn't need to file a claim. We used hartford because it was recommended by AARP I guess you can't trust AARP either. Brad Wingrove
Quite possibly the worst insurance company in existence. They will do everything in their power, including committing fraud, to deny or terminate your claim(s). They not only manipulated information, but they falsified medical documents, which is illegal, on my existing claim. They then portrayed to my PCP that I was working and traveling the county in a camper with my boyfriend.
