Buyer beware I feel that this company preys on seniors. They know thats the biggest part in their network through AARP..They want your money but as far if claims the adjusters tell you what they're not going to do.Its like they make a decision before hand.I won't stay with them long researching now and they're not cheaper than any other company.Do your research b4 committing

Called to file a claim for family leave. I had to call 4 times to get any information. 3 out of the 4 reps were extremely rude and gave me conflicting information. I just wanted clarification about the different types of leave. They told me that they couldn't give me any information unless I was eligible however I was unable to know if I was eligible without the information in the first place.
