Customer service and systems/processes in general at this organization are problematic. Seems their folks are more interested in enforcing their internal processes and rules vs. actually helping a customer solve a problem. Today, the Representative just hung up on me rather than forwarding me to a supervisor/director. They obviously don't have the authority to help with a billing issue and can only parrot what is on my bill. I've spent more time listening to the hold music than actually getting help here.
