My company goes through them for our short term leave..My leave started on 7/6, it is 8/11 and they STILL have not made a decision on my claim, they are STILL asking for information that was submitted. I have never spoken with my assigned adjuster. The only reason they are getting 1 star is so I can leave a review. They are absolute GARBAGE!!!
⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed with The Hartford I am extremely disappointed with the way The Hartford handled our insurance claim. We experienced significant damage to our kitchen and plumbing as a result of a winter freeze. Multiple contractors inspected the damage, and each contractor stated that the damage was caused by the freeze. They also communicated this directly to the claim handler. ⭐️ Very Disappointed With The Hartford Business Insurance I am extremely disappointed with how The Hartford handled our business insurance claim. Our claim was denied on the basis that the damage was supposedly caused by “wear and tear.” However, we provided video and photographic evidence showing the condition and damage, and The Hartford also spoke directly with our contractors, who explained that the damage was caused by the winter freeze.
