terrible customer service. I have not heard back from anyone. I wanted a copy of my call records. I need a release of information which is my right. I wanted to appeal a claim. I have not received anything information about the start of the appeal.

I’ve submitted all the requested documentation to support my claim (multiple times, they keep saying they don’t have it or they got a blank document or they requested the provider fill out an additional questionnaire but they don’t send out the correct forms…. Nightmare) and yet I’m still waiting on their decision. It’s been 2 months without pay and counting. This is how they force unwell people back to work.
