Been trying to get my payment for 2 mos now. Every time they come up with a new excuse of why they won't pay me. This is the worst company to deal with. If your employer offers you this insurance, do not take it! If you are on short-term disability and have this insurance, dont expect to get paid!! Save your money and headache. They are SCAM, worked and paid them for almost 24 years and then when need them, they won't pay you!!!
My employer used this company for short term disability. I now know why. Good luck getting anything done or talking to anyone. The whole process was a disaster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They raised my rate in the middle of the year without any explanation. After checking my account, I could find the reason. After 37 minutes on the phone with a representative who really had no idea why this was happening. I was put on hold twice and controls that it was the result of a home inspection on 12/2/2026. No such inspection happened. I was home all day and I have multiple outdoor cameras. I checked all the footage and no one was here inspecting my house. It took a month and a week to get anything done . They asked for repeated paperwork I sent over and over . Getting a hold of your case manager is harder than getting Donald Trump on the phone . They asked for my account and routing number paperwork 3 times only to send me checks . I feel compensation of some sort should be done for mental anguish .
