They raised my rate in the middle of the year without any explanation. After checking my account, I could find the reason. After 37 minutes on the phone with a representative who really had no idea why this was happening. I was put on hold twice and controls that it was the result of a home inspection on 12/2/2026. It took a month and a week to get anything done . They asked for repeated paperwork I sent over and over . Getting a hold of your case manager is harder than getting Donald Trump on the phone . They asked for my account and routing number paperwork 3 times only to send me checks . I feel compensation of some sort should be done for mental anguish .
My father, Dr. Ernest Abramson, spent over 40 years building his dental practice—now reduced to rubble by the North St. Louis tornadoes. While the loss is heartbreaking, thanks to adjuster Kristen Vo-Austin, money is one less worry. She’s treats my father like family, and we’re truly impressed with her support.
The ABSOLUTE worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. From extremely poor customer service from people who have no idea what is even going on to promises given and not kept. This is a scam company who will do everything to get the money in your wallet but do everything in their power to not dish it out when you need it. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
In my professional opinion do not use for workmans comp or any other insurance if possible. They charged us admin fees and early cancellation a short rate and will not work with our small business. They have not shown a proper breakdown of what they supplied us basically long story short they charged us fees out of nowhere and have sent it to legal.
