This is a call center. I work here. It's not an agency where you can walk in and buy a policy. I am rating it 5 stars because I like my job and the building is nice. They are good about removing snow from the parking lot

Unethical company. Lots of expectations with little training and too many sources/hands in the pot that all have different takes on the way things should be done-- which creates constant error while trying to make decisions. Doesn't treat the elderly AARP members fairly. They change auto mileage without consent and changes that are too confusing for the elderly to comprehend over the phone, this is why they keep calling back about the same thing every day and creates the unnecessary call volume.
