I honestly wish I could give this company a negative 1000 the level of service is rediculous I applied for benefits from the never received any letter called I. Had to pay for a Dr visit months later to get the questionnaire filled out had to call in over 10 times to follow up on the status which apparently we live in the United States of America and there employees don't speak English and the level of service from supervisor is rediculous I requested a supervisor who was as useless as the employees ...
