Website constantly getting redesigned, there is no longer an option to file for intermittent fmla on the website. There is no contact email. It's too bad I don't have a choice in providers thanks to my job. These guys suck so bad.
I had a business policy under the Hartford and they did not get me a proper COI to a company. They went round and round so I canceled the policy and now I am getting calls from a collection agency and now a law firm over $400 that I apparently owe them even though I canceled. NEVER GET INSURANCE HERE!!!!
Awful experience with claims and denial
The Hartford has done absolutely nothing to assist me with my Short Term Disability. Initially, they denied my claim due to "not meeting the 7 day elimination period," however I was out of work over the 7 days. I then had to file an appeal, which was approved, but then they delayed my payment and used incorrect information to approve it on. I then lost web access to viewing information related to my claim.
