Would give 0 stars if able. Called on my surgery date to confirm surgery, and have had to confirm surgery for 3 days in a row now.
I am having the absolute worst experience with them. It took months and fighting to overturn a denial while being unable to work due to severe HG with my pregnancy. I had also asked multiple people what to do throughout that process when it came time to file maternity leave, and I was told by each one that I would file a new STD claim. I will never do business with them again. I am still waiting for my check since Nov 19th when my car was listed as total. They say its been sent first two days mail and now UPS. This company is a joke. Will probably get an attorney. I will give them a minus 100 stars if I could. Do not do business with them.
They don't care about people, policy only. The customer service reps will listen to you, then quote policy, and tell you sorry nothing can be done. what a waste.
Terrible insurance carrier. As previously mentioned, claims handling is borderline criminal.
